What is reiki?
Reiki is a holistic energy treatment involving gentle touch addressing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances. Reiki is the idea that a “life force energy” flows through each and every one of us. My job as a conduit is to insure that that energy flows freely and easily throughout your body. Energy blockages can lead to physical manifestations of pain, illness, and more so keeping energy fluid is vital in maintaining overall wellness.
What if i am not located near you?
No problem! This is why I have decided to go virtual. We can completely customize, chat, connect, grow, and have sessions virtually. I can even provide distant reiki sessions.
Why is wellness so important to you?
I have had an autoimmune disorder that directly effects my brain and body my whole life. I have spent years navigating how to stay alive, while also showing up in my day to day life. Through years of hospital stays, medications, doctors, and treatments, I have found the most sustainable way to live and maintain my health is through a holistic and mindful approach. Through this change I went from taking 22 medications a day to only a few vitamins and supplements, avoided getting a port placed in my chest, gone three years without treatment or seizure, and learned to live life to its fullest potential.
Are you cured?
No. If you have a chronic illness, you know there is no such thing as being “cured”. It is a daily battle. This program does not have a magic fix. However, you will learn tips and tools to help your body fuel you from one day to the next with more and more ease. You will have flares, and set backs, but your illness will no longer have its reigns over you. Becoming aligned with your mind and body is vital into understanding its needs and what to give it so that you can then live your life to the fullest.
Can we meet in person?
I would love to! My goal in creating this platform is to bring together a community of empowered individuals with similar struggles to fight and live to their fullest potentials. We will have virtual pow wows and hopefully one day we can plan an event to all come together and share our experiences! Stay tuned.
